Carved Blanket Chest

This blanket chest is built entirely by hand in my Baselland workshop using traditional joinery techniques. The front panels feature detailed hand carving — a process that takes many hours of focused work with chisels and gouges to bring the design to life.

The chest is designed for real, everyday use: storing blankets, quilts, linens, or seasonal clothing. The solid wood construction and traditional joints mean this piece will hold up for generations, not just years.
